A&A Melters is a family run business, each & every piece of Equipment is built with care. We took over the Rubbermaster line of Waterproofing Melters in 2007 and have steadily improved and updated the full line as well as adding new Melters to the line up. We offer Diesel & Electric heat systems along with our durable line of Propane fired units.

We have been operating and building roofing equipment for over 35 years and have been working with some of the same employees for 30+ years, which we are very proud of. We are a growing company and strive to please our customers. We listen to all ideas our customers may have and of course at least try to incorporate the ones that will work for those special needs. A protest against wasted time

Our Rubberized Asphalt Melters revolutionary design features a full length steel agitator that assures uniform mixing of cold materials as well as thorough agitation of hot waterproofing and crack sealing materials.

Propane, Diesel or Electric heat is available on our Air Jacketed Melters that can handle all roofing materials and crack sealants, hot or cold, without the use of costly heat transfer oils. Only with A&A Melters equipment can you have hot melt materials ready for use in as little as 30 minutes, conventional melters can take five times as long to complete the same process and can only operate for an estimated 100 roof squares before charring and build up require a complete shut down for cleaning.

With our melters, efficient heat exchange tubes eliminate hot spots while continuous movement of the heavy duty agitator keeps material moving to eliminate charring and build up. By eliminating the frequent and often damaging cleaning A&A Melters gives you the competitive edge. Having Stainless steel fire tubes standard on all our melters means: Reduced down time, lower maintenance costs and a reduction in material waste. It’s the perfect protest against wasted time.
